End-to-End Encryption

Every file you upload is protected with strong SSL/TLS encryption during transit. This means the connection between your device, our servers, and the printing vending machine is fully encrypted and secure from interception.

Secure, Temporary Storage

Your uploaded documents are held in a secure, isolated storage environment for the sole purpose of processing your print job. Our system architecture prevents unauthorized access to these files at all times.

Instant Deletion Policy

We believe your documents are your own. Therefore, we do not keep your files any longer than absolutely necessary.

• After a successful print: Your document is **permanently and irretrievably deleted** from our servers the moment the vending machine confirms your print job is complete.
• After a failed or cancelled print: If your print job fails, is cancelled, or you leave the page before paying, your file is automatically and permanently deleted after a 1-hour grace period. This short period exists only to allow you to retry the print job without needing to re-upload the file.

We never keep your documents for 24 hours. They are deleted as soon as their purpose is served.

Information We Collect

1. Documents You Provide

We only collect the PDF documents you voluntarily upload for the purpose of printing. We do not require you to create an account or provide any other personal information like your name or email address to use our service.

2. Transaction Information

All payments are processed securely by our partner, Razorpay. We do not see, handle, or store your sensitive payment details (such as credit card numbers). We only receive a confirmation token from Razorpay once the transaction is complete.

3. Automatically Collected Information

Like most online services, we may collect non-personally identifiable information that your browser sends, such as your device's IP address, browser type, and operating system. This data is used for analytics, to improve our service, and to ensure compatibility across devices.
