Welcome to Print&Go. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and printing services. By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Print&Go Terms of Service

1. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the documents you upload. You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You must ensure you have the legal right to reproduce the content you upload.

You are also responsible for selecting the correct vending machine and confirming your print settings (color, sides, copies, etc.) before making a payment. We are not liable for errors made during the configuration process.

2. File Uploads and Data Privacy

We only accept files in PDF format. While we take reasonable measures to secure your uploaded files, they are automatically deleted from our servers permanently after 24 hours to protect your privacy. We do not access, view, or share the content of your documents.

3. Print Quality and Refunds

Our vending machines are regularly maintained to provide the best possible print quality. However, the final output quality depends on the resolution and quality of your original uploaded document. We are not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from a poor-quality source file.

• Refunds may be issued in the case of a machine malfunction (e.g., paper jam, toner failure, or failure to dispense the print job).
• Refunds will not be issued for user errors, such as incorrect print settings or uploading the wrong document.
• To request a refund due to a machine error, please contact our support with your transaction ID, the machine code, and a description of the issue.

4. Limitation of Liability

Print&Go's service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time, as machines may be offline for maintenance or other unforeseen reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print&Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Payment Processor Terms

1. Use of Razorpay

All payments made through the Print&Go service are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your credit card, debit card, or net banking details. Your payment information is securely transmitted directly to Razorpay's servers.

2. Razorpay's Terms and Policies

By making a transaction on our platform, you agree to be bound by Razorpay's terms and conditions, in addition to our own. It is your responsibility to review their policies regarding payments, refunds, and data privacy.
